Unproccessed Application

I sent an application to study at CUT two times in 2015 during the application period but up until today it has not been attended to. When i called to inquire, I was told to come to the university with my documents the they will process it there. It is really unfair for me to be doing unnecessary expenses travelling from Limpopo to free state to submit applications that i submitted on time.
