CUT

I have app**** for Human resource management diploma last year in September 2018 for 2019 academic year.. I didn't receive any message or email indicating that I was admitted or rejected. On the 11/02/2019 when I went to the campus to check if I can register before the closing date , I was told my application was regected because my ap score was low. This is unfair because they have only looked at my matric certificate. I am a qualified professional with other certificates and they didn't consider them. They indicated that I have to apply for 2020 as the course is now full. I feel I unfairly treated as my qualifications were not considered, I now have to pay another application fee and wait another year before I can start with my studies. And they are fully aware that it was their fault not to consider my professional qualifications. Kindly assist me.
