Accreditation Delays

My wife was studying Office management and Technology with CUT but never completed her studies due to other private reasons. She then registered at CPUT Capetown to complete her modules. After completing her studies, she was assisted by CPUT to contact CUT, and complete relevant documentations for accreditation. After lots of correspondences emails and Calls, my wife still has not received any clear answer as to what is happening with her qualifications. It's almost four years after completing her studies and requesting for accreditation with no direction. I am very disappointed with the assistance of CUT staff members, when it comes to dealing with this matter. This is costing my wife's career prospects, and studies. Because she cannot move to more advanced studies without her Diploma, or even get suitable promotion. Education is everyone rights according to our Constitution. And the Higher Education institutions have the responsibility towards their students in accordance to the Constitution and higher education Act. I feel like my wife is not taken serious, because only when she calls, if they answer, will she get some sort of response, but the institution knowing that they have students who must get accreditation they don't make it a point to contact and update the students. I hope that the Staff members at CUT will do the right thing and give my wife what belongs to her. My wife tried sending a complain email to Department of Higher Education, but never received a response.
