4-8 weeks feedback

On the 01 Aug 2017 I app**** for admission at CUT Welkom. I was informed that I should wait 4-8 weeks for feedback. I can also check my admission status online! I did so and no results popped up for my I'd number! I eventually called the varsity on the 08 Jan 2018 and enquired about my admission status, I was informed to go to the university directly! When I arrived I was told that my application wasn't even captured! How could this be? You had three months in which to do so? I really don't understand, as I need to make life changing decisions based on my application status! Don't promise what you cannot deliver!
