Tool hire in Builders Warehouse Centurion

Tool hire inside Builders warehouse in centurion has shocking service. On Thursday, ordered to hire ladder for Saturday,, arrangements and payments were made. Painter was arranged for the day, and it was stated the hired device would be on site at 9:00am in the morning. Painter sat the whole day.... Tool hire was paid, painter was paid.... but no work could be done.

Telephoned Builders Warehouse telephone number and guess what.... they rang through to builders Centurion four times while I was waiting on the line. The operator eventually gave up and stated they not answering!!!!

I asked why? Operator stated "OH they must be busy"..... too busy to answer they phones? What if it was an emergency? A company who cannot even take a phone call is not worth doing business now or in the future.

So about after 6 phone calls at different times to the customer care, they eventually got hold of Builders Warehouse Centurion. The yard manager took my call, but had to walk over to Tools for hire - who politely told me the ladder was not available. They had two days notice to tell me the ladder was not available, but did not bother.....
