The owner of this shop is rude and unprofessional. My mom handed in her watch to have the glass repaired. The lady said it would take 14 days. When my mom went back to fetch the watch, she only received a snotty reply that the watch was not ready yet. 14 days turned into 11 weeks! After going back a few times to check on the repair progress and always receiving snotty replies, my mom eventually gave up. Finally, after 11 weeks, she received a notice to pick up the watch. The glass fell out the same day she got the watch back. The owner refused to give a refund and was insulting, saying we came in to pick a fight and that we should stop shouting at her, which nobody had done. We were merely requesting a refund for a job badly done. The owner is unreasonable, insulting and unprofessional. Bad service all the way. When she doesn't know how to get out of a situation, she starts insulting clients. Absolutely not recommendable to make use of her bad services!
