Treatment suck

On Monday morning 09-10-2017 I went to the office and explained my financial delay to them they agreed that I can pay on Wednesday 11-10-2017 on the 10-10-2017 they refused me to write my exam not because of the financial situation but only because of the access card they took me out of the class and said we are not supposed to write because of the access card they made us queue for the whole 30min and they didn't care if we write or don't their access card is just an admin card not that important exams are not respected in that college whether you fail or write its non of their business as long as they get your money we pay every without fail but they treat us like some kind of animals they don't consider us we are just bunch of uneducated kids according to them the attitude we get from the reception sucks is extremely bad the level of professionality is devastating I got seated 1hour before the exams just when we were starting the lady from the office entered the exam room stopping every one from writing demanding access cards not giving a damn about our exam time and taking us out of the exams to queue down stairs and while I was angry and complaining that lady just laughed at me as if it's funny I asked her what is important between the access card and the exam she rudely said she is doing her job I started writing 30min late under a lot of pressure I am starting to doubt the legitimacy of that college and urge people to think twice before playing with their money they want us to fail so that we can come back again to repeat and pay fees thats their strategy and it works we have no say in any matter
