Arena not suitable for disabled/old age people at all

I attended the brilliant Afrikaans is Groot production yesterday. The only tickets my friend could find us was way up on the upper level, row PP! My leg is paralysed from the knee downwards. I was absolutely terrified to make my way up to my seat. Afterwards I wait until 90% of the people have left, to ask a complete stranger if I can hang onto her for dear life to make my way down the 30 steep steps. NO RAILS! I noticed so many elderly people stuck in this very same dilemma! It is shocking that a venue like this is so poorly equiped for people with disabilities/old age! With a show like AIG, you are lucky to get a ticket, actually is impossible, what to say about being picky and choosy. I definately will not return. What should have been a treat for myself and my 7 year old son, ended up in a nightmare of being terrified out of my mind. I was in bed this year for 9 weeks after two major back emergency operations, the last thing I can afford, was to fall down these stairs.

Why can AIF/any productions not make tickets available for a specific block at the same price where you can access your seat easily??
