Best **** operation in Johannesburg
The ****s that take place here are top notch. First: You are assigned an agent that's in Durban while the flats are in kempton park Second:That agent gives you a room which is already occupied and you sign a lease to someone elses unit Third: You only find out on move in day that the unit you have a lease for has been occupied by someone else Fourth:They ask you to either leave the premises or take an alternative unit which is under construction Fifth:They give you a dirty unit hat still needs painting and the doors do not lock, and they will fix the locks after a few weeks Sixth:The unit you've now been given under duress will flood every other week with water coming down the walls, and they will not give you another unit because your agent is in Durban

I hate Mafadi property management
I'm a disabled tenant. I cannot recommend these flats, as management locks residents out for outstanding payments, even when payment arrangements have been made. My personal belongings, including clothing, were locked inside, leaving me without shelter for nearly two weeks.
