Extremely Bad Service

My car battery went dead and I lodged a call with Kia RoadAssist at 11:00. At 12:00 Central Locksmith advised me they were dispatching assistance from Stanger, 30 minutes away from where I am. I even sent them my google location as well as a detailed sms explaining my location. Now it is 15:30 and I have not received help. Seemingly they are too greedy taking a lot of orders from insurance companies than they can handle. They extremely useless!!!
