Charged in excess of R10 000 for new car keys

I asked Central Locksmiths (CL) for a quote to replace my colleague's car keys as both sets had been lost. Naz at CL quoted R4 500 for TWO keys. On seeing the vehicle, he realised that Mazda would have to code the keys & he quoted another R3 000 for this service. We gave go ahead but after a few days of not hearing anything, my colleague went to Mazda where they told him they had coded THREE keys. He went to CL where they gave him 2 keys (no remotes) Naz told him he needed to pay an additional R2 500 for the remote key. I went to Mazda myself who told me it costs R680 to code keys excl. a remote & around R3000 for 3 including the remote. I went to Naz to speak to him. He said he needs to check his invoices. I asked to speak to him not even 5 minutes later but he hid in his office claiming to be busy. I called him, he said he wasnt there that day, there are 4 brothers who all look the same so we must be confused abt the day we were charged R2 500 extra. He hasnt called back, doesnt answer my calls. I am so disgusted at this couldn't care less attitude on top of the fact that we were charged for keys we had already paid for!!!
