Broken glass not repaired - Central Locksmiths not bothered!

On Saturday 24 October VW roadside assistance dispatched Central Locksmiths to come and assist us with an Audi TT whose keys were locked inside.

After numerous attempts by Central Locksmiths Technician, a main driver window was broken. Technician informed that this will be replaced by the company. It was agreed that since it was a Saturday noon, the process shall be started the following Monday.

Numerous calls were made on Monday where a promise was made for Wednesday. The glass was not replaced on Wednesday and on Thursday, a new promise was made for the following Monday. Comes another Monday and Tuesday, the glass is not replaced.

Initially the owner (Brian) said the glass has arrived and they are awaiting for someone to fit. Attempts to get them to respond are fruitless - every call you get promised that they are doing something until you call them. As of writing this review, we are approaching the second weekend driving a car with a broken glass - already rained on and running the risk of theft out of a motorcar.
