Disgraceful

We took a ignition to a reputable locksmith in town. They issued the receipt that we paid R250 . Then they advised they cannot make the key as it is a sealed ignition. We need a blank key. In the interim the ignition was fetched and I have the sms they sent. Somehow we misplaced our receipt for the refund but they refuse to give our money back. Is that how businesses make money. It says on the receipt/job card "paid in full" I have the sms . Yes we misplaced the receipt which is humanly possibly. They can make us sign a receipt for the monies. Why take our hard earned funds. They did NO job for it.
