no refunds

My son was enrolled at ellis park college in january 2015 and paid a R2000 deposit. On 20 january I paid r1500 for fees however my son cancelled enrollement on 26 January 2015. We were told that the refund will be processed within a month. On 27 february I sent proof of payment to maggie and on 17 March 2015 still no refund but she makes excuse of someone else to sign refund .
