I want my Tourism Diploma

Hello, <br> <br> I have been a student at CJC since 2014 I have completed my N4-N6 and completed my in-service last year June 2015. <br> <br> I've submitted my documents in July 2015 at School Riverlea Campus. I still haven't received my Diploma till this day.<br> <br> The examination officer keeps telling me stories and saying the department has not printed my Diploma. <br> <br> I really need my Diploma.
