(Reverse) ****** supervisor

We (party of four) had a bad experience with one of the meals we ordered. Supervisor (named Pia) was rude and didn't attempt to resolve our request when we pointed it out to her, and the manager (when we explained the matter to him) said she said we're just being ****** towards her. We intended to use their accommodate for the night, but decided to find alternative accommodation.
