Bad Services

<p>We have been dealing with this supplier that is based in Phillippi in Cape Town since 2014, and we never had a problem, all of the sudden this year they have decided to increase their prices by 28.5% , because as per Desiree the owner they have notices that they have been running at a loss on their rates that they have charged. I have been in contact with her Partner Trevor and explain to him that i don't mind an increase of 10 - 12% but 28.5% is to much and that it is not fair, and that we will then rather take our business else were if this is the case, he promised me that he will get it sorted as soon as possilbe this was two weeks ago, i had to phone him again last week Friday and asked what is happening and he said that he still needs to sort it out but will come back to me on Monday the 10.07.2017, yet again it never happend and i had to phone him again yesterday the 13.07.2017 about 4 times after all this he still didn't had answer for me so I phoned his partner Desiree and she basically told me straight that she does not want our business....In todays life how can you just show away business??? they made a mistake on their side and know she wants her customers to pay for her lossess it is not fair. </p>
