Zambezi Heights

Zambezi Heights' electricity and fixed charges cost you an arm and leg. Since the switch from GCT to SmartMatter in July, my utilities bill is off the roof. They insist on saying it's the municipality tariff increases, but in all my years of living an one individual have I been charged this much. The electricity the geyser uses is crazy, considering I've experienced a range of charges with regard to that, the charges for switching on a geyser for an hour to two hours will definitely set one back to the trenches. The is no way geyser usage uses over half of one's bill with it being on for such a restricted period. Excluding the obvious high spending days as each day is unique, the overall charge is too much.

On top of this, one will experience days where the water is not clear. There are hints of brown, which is disgusting.
