Worst Mistake was buying from Cosmopolitan Projects

I bought a house at Leopard's Rest and moved in in December 2019. When I moved in I had to take a picture of the water meter reading and send it to Nthabiseng so that Cosmo can settle it. In that very same month, I received a pretermination notice from the municipality because it turned out that Cosmo did not pay for their water bill. I sent the bill to Nthabiseng and she promised that the bill will be paid. A month later I received another pretermination notice. I called cosmo and they kept taking me from pillar to post. I went to see Nthabiseng at the site office and again, she kept making empty promises. She told me that should the municipality cut off my electricity she will send someone to fix it for me. She advised that I keep paying as little as I can while waiting for the payment from Cosmo to reflect on my municipality account. It's been 8 months now and 'till this day Cosmopolitan hasn't paid the water bill. It has become clear that Cosmo doesn't take people seriously, the easiest way to get them to listen would be to escalate this matter to my lawyers.
