Worst experience with central developments

Purchased a house at Thatch hill estate from central developments. Only to find out that the alarm system that was installed in that specific house isn’t functioning properly. The PS30 adapter was reported to then estate manager Abrie Akerman, to date I am still battling with them to get this issue sorted. The alarm was never tempered with, but it triggers on its own, the siren has been damaged from point of sale as mentioned to the after sales manager Ruan Labuschagne. The response I’m getting is that I need to fix it myself, I have to personally handle all the costs. Is this some kind of a **** of luring people to buy properties without they themselves ensuring that the property is intact at the point of sale? Central developments cares for no buyer or renter whatsoever. We have even been trying to advise people we know to buy property in this estates, but the way things are going it's really proving that it's not wise to do so anymore. This is the worst experience ever!!
