Worst admin
Moved out and two months later, they were still debitting the rental amount. Had to reverse every month. Worst admin ever.

31 Oct 2018, 12:05Lemon tree apartment. Gave a full month notice and I moved out, they refused to pay me my deposit back. Debit rental for two months then now they even emailed me for moving out package, saying that I owe R2400 but Zane, the agent had also told me that we won’t be charged for extra maintenance since we won’t get our deposit back. Trash admin, Bianca is the worst to work with

Lemon tree apartment. Gave a full month notice and I moved out, they refused to pay me my deposit back. We take note of your complaints and are always trying to improve our service where we can. According to our admin department the rental amount that was accidentally debited was immediately refunded and there is an email from you to Bianca arranging a payment plan for the outstanding maintenance amount.
