Moved in January 2022 Rental- 7800. March 2022 Rental increase- 100 plus deposit top up 100 New rental- 7900

November 2022 Lease extension- increase by 400 plus top up 400 New lease amount- 8300 March 2023- increase 650 plus top up 650 New rental from March 8950. Just the past year until now all creases including top up amount to 2300.

Why increase when I extend the lease and 2 or 3 months later you increase with so much? Is that ******ion? Mind you water and electricity are desperate and prepaid each. My car broke when coming from work in June last year and I parked it there while looking for part to fix it. Hardly two weeks I was sent an email demanding that I remove it within three days. Failure will attract a fine and if not removed two days thereafter there will be additional fine and if not removed thereafter, it will be towed out a storage where I will be liable to pay the towing and the storage for as long as it is there.

We are told to pay two months rental and forfeit the deposit should we wish to leave before the expiry of the lease. Basically we are trapped in this dungeon.

I wonder how do you expect me to afford all the storages and towing when you are busy burdening me with hefty rental increases. It happens that a car breaks and you expect me to take out. Where must I take it when I stay in the complex?

On February 28 2023, the property manager called me using a WhatsApp video call. I did not respond and only responded on the 1st of March 2023 asking him what he wanted and telling him to never ever call me using the video call because I don’t understand the reason for a video call. I am not in your social circle nor am I your friend so why video call me?

To this end, he has to respond as to why he video called me and why call me when the debit order has already gone through.
