Woodlands Place...

DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will over communicate to get you to move in and then ignore you, especially if you are white.

This place is a nightmare if you enjoy your peace and quiet. Say goodbye to watching movies in peace, instead you'll be spending your evening trying to get the *********** security to get the people that is disturbing everyone else's weekend to stop. Perpetrator's face NO consequences!

We have mold growing in our kitchen and we have reported multiple complaints through the so called "preferred channels". They painted over our mold to fix the issue. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Since we moved in we've had issues with the mold. I've talked to three different people who said they'll pass the message on to the right people to get it sorted out. The only response I get is "The preferred channels will help you". That has not happened. After saying that painting over the mold won't solve the problem no further communication was received. There was a known water leak under our sink that took 3 months to be fixed. After that it was a further month for them to replace the damaged cupboards. Our entire kitchen smelled like a damp cave. Everytime you opened a cupboard all you could smell was the mold.

With the mold issue came ****roaches. That have been here since we moved in. We've tried traps, outright just killing them and every other method we could think of. Nothing worked. It won't work until the moisture issue is solved.

We've had numerous issues with security saying they'll send someone to assist and an hour or even later nothing happens. The guards blame the previous shift for not doing what they are supposed to. Only when we go yell at security does something happen. It is a very unpleasant experience.

This is my second bad review about the noise.
