Wonderful Service

I'm really enjoying my stay at East on 82...a big thank you to Tamlin for her great service and patience. She made sure that all is sorted out for us and she is still helpful with things we don't understand. She is one of the people that understand the nature of customer service, and I hope her great service doesn't stop with us but she continues to assist all her clients fairly, equally and patiently.
