While the developments are pretty nice looking, the lack of direct contact with maintenance is appalling
While the developments are pretty nice looking, the lack of direct contact with maintenance is appalling. A simple 24/7 automated chat bot woud fix a lot, as there is no other way to lodge complaints aside from the webite (which is nonsensical when you consider the 4-6 power outages we've had this year alone)
