Utility at the @Bronx
I am staying the Bronx @Sky City and I have never been so miserable staying in a rental apartment. When I started staying the electricy was ok for 2 months and this month electricity started increasing like never before, I from spending R500 to paying R2500 per month how's that possible. The electricity is being controlled by an agent you can even know how is the rate of utilities being calculated. Even when I'm not in my apartment and not using the the money from the app is decreasing showing that utilities are being used up. I have logged a complain twice and they are not even doing anything about it. The Bronx rental and central development are ****s they are claiming that they are the cheapest whereas they are recovering all the money from utilities. Please people if you want a place to stay please do not stay to either the Bronx or Manhattan because Manhattan is the same story. Especially when your lease is about to expire they make sure that they increase the rate at which utilities are being used up in their system.
