Unprofessional behaviour by Staff at Junction 2. Central Development Property Centurion

Tenants at Central Develop wake up to find the outside water tapes locked. This is despite the fact that tenants do not use outside taps regularly. The tenants were using the outside taps to wash their cars, cars or brai stands. Without thinking or notifying the tenants they just locked the taps leaving the tenants stranded. One Henk Swart who is working by the Junction 1 is ****** and does not treat the tenants well. Please don't come to the Junction or renew your contract if you are already staying there.
