Dissectified with the move out inspection and overrole stay at the premises. As every week the will be something broken/malfunction or needs repairs. Wifi is always needs to be restored and water does not run smoothly for atleast 7 days straight and mostly expensive electricity and utilities even if you are not using the electricity or utilities you will be charged minimum usage rate for a day. I had to pay over R2 000 a monthly for some days am not even at home. Moving inspection is ridiculous as the will try to find some to charge per room to not pay you a full refund. I stayed for more the a year without the place being fumigated. Calling for maintainance for a simple bulb change can early be R100. I would not recommend young or experienced prefessionals to stay at the Complex as it will easy through you monthly budget under the bus.
