Unfair treatment
On the 9th of July our electricity got cut off without a reason or explanation. We were highly inconvenience and no one bothered to come and explain or apologize. We feel like we are being taken for fools. My children slept and woke up in the dark could not even do school work. We had to throw away food that was being cooked on the stove because of this power cut. We are paying a lot of money here and we deserve to be taken seriously.

We believe there is an issue with the power inside your unit and will be addressing this problem as a matter of urgency.
