Underwhelming customer service

I stayed at their R82 flats in Jhb South for 3 years, you would think with them being in business for a while they would get their administration in order. Their service is underwhelming. They delayed to pay my deposit and when I enquired I was told I never served a notice. What a haha????. So someone tasked with filling couldn't do their job. Then now I have to continously call them asking them when I will get my money. I feel like a mini debt collector now. They will also charge you 2300 to paint your unit after you leave. If you are person who loves being stressed out go ahead and rent with them. Their staff attends countless training, you would think with all of that they will at least get the basics of customer service right.
