Unauthorized debit orders
These ones and unauthorized debit orders, abuse of power by deducting whatever amount they like from tenant's bank accounts without authorization.
Also, route 82 development can go almost a week without electricity with management unbothered.
I wouldn't recommend, at all.

05 Dec 2020, 15:44Good day Kimberly.
Thank you for your writing.
Approximately two weeks ago, our security was dispatched to your unit as we received numerous noise complaints in the early hours of the morning. After a second call out your partner became verbally abusive with the security, and the matter was escalated to site management.
We issued you with a fine as you did not abide by the rules of the estate, causing inconvenience to your fellow neighbors.
You have disputed the infringement, however, fines will not be revoked as we have a no-tolerance policy.
The fine was allocated to your monthly rent as the landlord is authorized to increase the debit order amount so that any outstanding fees may be recovered.
Please refer to section 10.8 in your signed lease agreement.
We will provide you with another copy of the estate conduct rules to avoid further penalties.
We appreciate the contribution of all our tenants in maintaining a peaceful environment for all.
Regards,
Management
