The most disgusting assistance I have ever received

I just rented a place at San Ridge Heights and was assisted by Gatana. he rushed me into signing all sorts of papers and assured me all would be well with my apartment. I told him I would move in a few days after the lease starts and he said that is perfect as that gives him the time to fix the place up when it was time to move in the walls were filthy and the wardrobe was collapsing and he swore this would be handled. I reminded him of the papers he made me sign with the assurance that he has everything under control and he promised he was on top of it. the time period of 5 days lapsed and that means he is no longer liable to fix the place. he slams the phone down or he passes it on to colleagues to say he is not available. my wardrobe is not fixed and he give me the worst attitude. told me to call my own maintenance people as he is busy. I need urgent assistance as my request is falling on deaf ears.
