The Junction Village 2 is the worst once you want to leave, YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY DEPOSITS OR THEY WILL TRY TO SUCK YOU DRY.
THE JUNCTION VILLAGE 2 is the worst ever!! Once you leave they will try to suck you dry! and not give you your deposit - I have forfeited my deposit due to late cancellation which I was fine with cause it is only fair but now they have charged me R2000 MORE for late removal that time my packers got here and they refused the truck to get inside for some time they say due to SECURITY measures and on top of that they have taken money from my account for next months rent + increment that time I will not be staying with them - They have taken the money 5 days ago and promised a refund but still the money has not reflected in my account. I am so disappointed at Central Developments - this is after being their tenants for the last two years - Karabo and Kevin are inhumane representatives!! I will be taking this further!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY WITH THEM!!

Kindly note that the debit order could not be reversed on time due to your late notice. We agreed that you would receive a refund once the monies cleared in our account.
Also, your signed lease agreement clearly indicates that a deposit is not refundable if you are in breach of contract for late notice of early contract termination.
Furthermore, it is crucial that you adhere to the move-out times as we have strict deadlines to prepare the apartments before our next occupants can move in.
We have been trying to accommodate you as best we can according to the terms and conditions of our contract and estate rules.
