The Junction Village 2

I recently moved in at the Junction Village 2. Although I was not happy with a lot of things as I encountered multiple issues within a few days of moving in. I really appreciate how responsive maintenance has been. Every issue I encountered was immediately attended to and resolved. It obviously hasn’t been nice encountering one problem after the next, but their approach in resolving the issues has been reassuring. Thulani, and the maintenance team have been truly amazing. My agent, Sihle, has also been amazing. I give it 3 stars solely on the other factors. But the maintenance team, including Thulani, and Sihle do get 5 stars. I would recommend checking out the actual flat, not just the show room, before moving in. Also consider fumigating a few times before fully moving in or request the fumigation. But with the Junction being a slightly older development, there will be problems, but maintenance is always there to help, atleast that’s how I’ve experienced them since moving in.
