The Junction Development Centurion

Wow I don’t even know how to begin that’s how disappointed I am , I have been staying with my husband at The Junction Development in Forest Hill for over 2 years. so now that it’s time for us to move out, we get the worst treatment ever. So they went to inspect the unit with my husband and they found nothing is damaged , the place only needs to be cleaned so they will be charging us a fee for the cleaning which is fine. What ****es me off is them saying the marks on the walls that are washable need to be painted so they will be charging us R300 for each side of the wall for the paint R1200 for each room including the lounge area, they want to charge us morethan R5000 for their own maintainance costs so that the unit is brand new for the next person. So they expected the wall to be spotless after the 2 years of staying there , we are not gonna let this one go and we don’t care how long it takes . Now we won’t be getting back our deposit coz the walls need to be painted and they don’t wash walls

What a wow, people have been moving out of that place every month end and I was wondering why , I will not rest or let this go until something is done. These people need to stop taking advantage of people , the contract says nothing about painting the unit when moving out , why must we maintain the place for them ?????
