The Junction @Forest Hill Village 3

The end of a beautiful journey between myself and Central Development. After a year and four months with Central Developments my heart is really heavy that our journey will come to an abrupt end. I have had such joy working with the following people: OFENTSE, such a jolly and bubbly personality. The courtesy call always ended in joyous laughter. Always taking life on a lighter note. MCDONALD: Oh my Ronald McDonald, such a serious guy, when it came to me though it was a different case. I guess I knew how to handle him. There was no way I would leave the office and he would pull a straight face. The straight face was out the window by the time i left. PARDON: I remember the day I moved in and he told me about the lock that I had no key for. He said to me, "The reason you don't have the key is for the day you won't pay the rent I will be locking it, whether you're inside or not you'll be locked out." Guess what? I lost my job in September 2019, couldn't pay rent in January, got a job in February. I called Pardon and he empathized with me, got into an arrangement and I did not loose my apartment. I will forever be grateful for your deeds. NONTSIKELELO "LELO": Now with this particular lady, with all my interactions with her i would be frustrated, I remember one morning I went to the office to get my partners fingerprint removed from the gate access and she said to me "I'ts alright girl, we will remove it now, but you must come back again next week when you have resolved your issues, I will gladly give him access again." The embarrassment I had the following week when we went back to give him access. MUSA: Shame man, you should see him when I go there to complain about a neighbor that throws dirty water down the balcony, or the other neighbor that throws the cigarette buds down the balcony. He is such a peacemaker. He hated confrontations but always found ways to keep both myself and my dear neighbor happy. Boy oh boy did he do a stellar job. KARABO: Now he holds a dear place in my heart, mainly because he shares a name with my late baby. So humble he is. He legit is an epitome of his name. He always delivered answers. never did he come to me with semi answers. It is with great sadness that I will be leaving home. This team has really treated me as though I was their only tenant and not a unit number.

Thank you, thank you, thank you so much Family. My stay at The Junction @Forest Hill Village 3 was truly amazing.
