The Junction @ Forest Hill Moving out date issue

I had to terminate my lease due to unforeseen circumstances, well aware that i will be losing my deposit, on the termination i indicated that i will vacate the unit on the 1/07/2019, i then received an email from Henk informing me that i would have to vacate on the 30/06/2019 before 12pm, i then email him back requesting that i be allowed to move out on the 1st due to the fact that i can only move into the new place on the 1st, i received feedback indicating that i will be charged a penalty, i feel as though that team is exploiting people and the service and attitude isn't customer focused, i wouldn't suggest anyone to stay at the junction due to the service ive received mind you i have stayed there for 2 years and this is the thanks we get for being loyal paying customer
