The Company doesn't care about their own Tenants

Central development (Lemmon Tree apartment by Albertus Road) treats clients bad after moving in.

Everything is breaking in their units, but their maintenance team is so arrogant and not so useful.

My geyser have not been working from Friday 18/08/2023. I spoke to the maintenance manager but he rudely tells me about a reporting system which no one from their team ever inducted their Tenants on and a tag which they never gave me.

I have 3 kids which have flu now because they had to bath with Cold water. I am moving out this coming month after 2 years and 4 months at Lemmon tree Apartment.

Getting help from their them after you moved in is impossibly impossible.

I'm so let down, I advice the public to think twice...rather look for developer who cares and values their tenants basic needs.
