The worst possible place to stay in, the low rent is not worth losing your peace of mind! A complete nightmare for those who work from home!! Always issues with electricity and not to mention having mould growing in the unit, then you’re told to open windows as if that will ever stop mould from forming ?

Kindly note that services relating to the City of Ekurhuleni is beyond our control.
We do, however, do everything within our power to assist the council in any possible way so that we can accommodate our residents.

29 Jun 2021, 22:20Queries have been logged multiple times about mould and we have been told to open windows!! Maintenance has come several times, however the only solution they gave us was to open windows In order to stop mould from growing. Our health is at risk as a result of the mould, my partner would sneeze badly in the morning and we have spent lot of money on medication. Not to mention my damaged curtain as a result of this! We are not taken seriously, this matter would have been concluded a long time ago.
The last time maintenance was here, we were told the wrong paint was used but until today, nothing has been done to rectify this. We have requested to be relocated to another unit, till today no answer from the building manager.
We are currently experiencing health issues.
I wouldn’t have to use this platform had we gotten the “timeous assistance” that you are referring to.
