Thatchhill Security Estate

I bought a house at Thatchhill security Estate, i have seen the house. the only thing i saw it was a show house. On the 10/12/2019 the guy by the name of Ruan send an email requesting me to come and view the house. when i went the was no one there to assist me it was raining so bad i even cut my weekend with my son so that i can see the house. till to date i still havent seen the house that they say is mine. the only thing i recieve twice now is invoices for levies. no keys , nothing i regret the day i bought the house - i wouldnt advise anyone to buy a house in that estate.
