THATCH HILL ESTATE MANAGER *****ED + BULLY

Pathetic and Bullying Tactics especially from the Estate Manager at this Thatch Hill Estate Abrie Ackerman,

How Central Development Thatch hill went from accusing me of not giving a Vacation notice in good time to finding ways to Avoid paying me my deposit even after they did an Out Inspection and confirmed the amount to be paid for damages, they went on to Adjust the agreed charges contradicting what was signed and charged at the end of the Out Inspection.

There was a burst water pipe after the Water meter reader which was never looked into or re-reimbursed after their plumber was sent out to fix this after 4 months of moving in.
