Terrible treatment Manhattan Lofts

I am in tenant at Manhattan Lofts. The Security seems to be compromised. Someone hit my car while it was on the carport. I reported the matter with the maintenance office Security, and also the manager of the complex. The incident happened a month ago. I never got any assistance. I never got any follow up. I never got any footage that I requested. The manager Sihle never called me back nothing. We have a playground for children. The playground has been closed for months now the playground is not safe for children, but the playground is not being fixed, and some of the kids are playing in the playground that is supposed to be a construction site. The pipes are busting all the time. Not recommending.
