Terrible maintenance system

Sanridge heights apartments in Midrand, literally have the worse system ever when it comes to dealing with maintenance. I have a problem with my bathroom ceiling ever since I moved in March 2023. And everytime they just paint over the mould instead of fixing it. That’s if they not late for their own appointments, that we schedule. Today they didn’t even pitch, after an appointment was made on Wednesday already. So I called the manager to complain and cancelled the appointment, because I won’t sit and wait until they decide to do their work. I refuse to use the maintenance team again for anything in my unit. I literally regret buying a unit in this complex.
