Terrible construction despite referring to the Estate as 'Luxury Retirement' option
I have had issues at my home within Celebration Retirement Estate since I took occupation in May 2019. Although some issues have been resolved, the problem with the back stable door remains a big health & safety problem. I have reported the issue numerous times; but each time it rains, water comes in through and under the back door. The work linked to the door is simply shocking. It is a miracle I have not injured myself by slipping on the wet kitchen floor each time it rains. I need to put down towels etc.

I am happy to report that Central Developments did address the issues with the kitchen door. The door was replaced with a solid wooden door. I now have a 4th kitchen door which has been installed. So far it certainly seems the issues of rain water entering my kitchen have stopped. I will however continue to monitor the situation during rain storms.
I am grateful to the team at Central Developments who attended to the issue this time around, which resulted in a positive outcome. Thank you for that.
