SHODDY WORKMANSHIP: PLUMBING AND ELECTRIFICATION FROM HELL!!!

Bought a property developed by cosmopolitan projects. When my tenants moved in the snag list has been growing. 1) on immediate occupation of the property there were plumbing issues, no hot water was coming out of the "hot tap". This took over a week to resolve. Thereafter the 2) drain kept getting blocked. Thereafter 3) hot water was coming out of the "cold tap". This has all been happening within 6 - 10 months of having occupants on the property. They tried to blame it on me by saying that my warranty has expired which it hasn't. They are very slow to respond to issues. I must take time off my busy day to chase after them on issues caused by their shoddy workmanship! The last plumbing issue reported on the 14 January is still not resolved today the 12 Feb. My tenant is highly inconvenienced. I keep on chasing them, but I do not get a concrete maintenance report and affirmation of when the issue will be resolved. These issues are costly and are affecting my tenant’s life which is an infringement of my tenants right to proper accommodation. I am honestly tired of these issues and the lies from Cosmopolitan/Central Developments. I demand immediate resolution of these issues and a formal report stating why my property keeps having plumbing and electrical issues.
