Shocking Service

 Good day Elizabeth,  Thank you for taking the time to rate our service and providing us with feedback.  Management and our site office investigated your inquiry, and we would like to provide you with the following feedback: You inquired about our last six square meter unit that we had available for the month of May, and on the seventeenth of May, you requested that we book the unit for you. Unfortunately, your application was unsuccessful.  The following day you queried if your father can apply on your behalf.   By the nineteenth of May, when we received his application, the unit has already been rented out. Our storage units are limited and subject to approval.  We work strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis. We tried to accommodate you by offering to place you on our waiting list for the next available unit, or the first month rent-free on a different size, which you refused.  Regards, Management
