The Dishonesty! When I moved out of my flat , we did the out inspection and i was told that i will be charged with the general cleaning fee of 350 for wall scratches and markings only. Nothing else was added. To my surprise later on when i received the out inspection form that i signed, more issues were added with a different hand writing. The inspector responded to my complain insisting that the handwriting was his in all the comments on the form of which i do not recall him discussing those other issues with me and i did not have any of those issue in my room. i made sure that my room stayed in good condition. Guys please make sure you take pictures of every single paper you sign when you moving out or request a copy on the spot. Or else you will charged fees you were not aware of.
