San Ridge Heights: Great Service especially maintenance from Primrose, Peter and the workers

I am very thankful for the great service, especially maintenance that I am continuing to receive from San Ridge Heights maintenance team. It is always very efficient. The team is always available to help with whatever query they see on the log. Primrose and Peter are the best including the workers, Mr Abraham and Abuti Tshipi.

However with regards to the management of the complex, I still feel they can do better in terms of managing the complex properly, especially by being tough and enforcing the law. I don't know why this is the case, but San Ridge Heights seem to attract a bunch of irresponsible, unruly type of people who do as they please. The complex turn into a mess on weekends where people throw parties and drinking everywhere. Littering is also the main issue. As for the noise levels, I don't even have words to describe it. You will have to call security at least 3 times a week if not more. Because this type of anarchy, the securities themselves fail sometime to contain this mess.

What is disappointing the most is that these anarchists have given this beautiful complex a bad reputation where people outside refer to it as "Student Village".

With all these said, I believe this is where the management need to reflect and device a proper strategy on how to deal with this problem.
