SAN RIDGE HEIGHTS

The Service around here is Appalling. San Ridge Heights Rental Apartments has got to be the worst apartment I've ever rented, it's as if we don't even pay rent around here. And for the rent. We pay, we should be at least receiving better services.

1. We moved in here on the 1st of March and that was the day they decided someone to come clean the apartment while we were standing outside with our belongings. We had to wait outside for a good 1 hour and still the place was dirty and infested with roaches. We did call someone till we git tired and just let it go.

2. NOISE!! NOISE!! NOISE!! Wow it's freaking ridiculous. I don't even know how many times we've reported the noise around here and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is done. Every weekend we sleep at around 3am coz that's when the people who are partying leave. We unfortunately leave right under the apartment where all this is happening.

3. We didn't want to cause any problems so we instead asked to be moved to a different apartment inside the complex but still that's apparently not possible!! We pay way too much for this nonsense honestly
