rude staff member

this is the most disorganized place i have met- if you have to deal with patricia, then you in bigger trouble because she does nothing to help resolve-she is continuously rude. the one time i asked her why is she always rude. her response "i dont get paid to be nice. "

maybe then she should get paid to be nice because wow....
